Certificate of Authenticity

Considering to keep the safety and appreciation of the artwork acquired, all the maps are cataloged and the date of the buyers are kept with total secrecy on our databank. We send together with the map a Certification of Authenticity with all details of the map, with a serial number, signed and authorized by the artist.
If necessary, the buyer can contact us and through the serial number confirm the authenticity of the art for any use.

Reproduction and/or construction of old, actuals, thematic and historical maps.
Shapes, geographical accidents, images, drawings and writing realized with nakin ink over polyester film 50/75 microns (original map).
After conclusion of this step, the painting is done with “soft pastel” ink applied with brushes with different bristles and fixes with special vanish spray against humidity, fungus and weather.
Authorized reproductions:
Concluded the original, the map is digitalized in 300/400 dpi, printed on the same material (polyester), cataloged, signed, authorized and coated with the same protector vanish against humidity, fungus and weather.

Stein Maps works with payments through Pagseguro system (www.pagseguro.com.br) and PayPal, providing safer transactions, and we dispel a large amount of credit cards companies.
The accepted payment methods are:
-Credit cards – Validation until 48 hours (most popular option by been the fastest and safest way);
On the screen “Payment Methods”, select the credit card by your choosing and click in Continue. The total amount of your purchase will appear in a confirmation screen, click in Continue to finalize the payment. The safety of your transaction is guaranteed, because your data is transmitted directly to the credit card company server, preventing any king of interception.
-Wire Transfer – Validation of the online payment (instant option).
On the screen “Payment Methods” select the bank where you have a bank account and click in Continue. The total amount will appear in a confirmation screen, click in Continue to and you will be redirected to the website of the chosen bank to finalize the payment. After entering on the bank website with your account and password, when concluding the process, the validation and authorization of the payment through the bank is on-line and instantaneous, which means that the it is done and confirmed in real time.
Bank slip – Validation until 48 hours (hardest and slowest option)
Just print or take note of the typeful line and pay in any ATM, bank or authorized places, or even on the website of your bank. This option fits for clients that have a bank account or for clients that do not or if you do not want to use it. On the screen “Payment Methods”, select “Bank Slip”. The total amount of your order will appear on the screen in a confirmation screen, click in Continue and a new screen with a Bank Slip will appear. Print the bank slip in any and pay it in any authorized agency. If you prefer, use the services of the Home-banking or Internet Banking of your choosing, even if it is not the company where Pagseguro has a partnership. The expiration date will be printed on the bank slip (expirations on holydays or weekends can be paid on the next working day). The separation for shipment of your order by the salesman will initiate on the next working day after the payment confirmation. If by any reason you don’t want to pay on the original date stablished, your order will be canceled automatically. On this case, realize a new order on the website and ask for more information to the salesman, on our Customer Care Service.
All the orders done through Pagseguro can be paid in installment through Credit Cards. The service fee for installment is only 2,99% per month*.

Shipping policy

After the reproduction of the map, the own artist revise it looking for possible imperfections, catalog, sign and apply a special varnish agains humidity, fungus and weather.
With reference to the other products, the order is: 7 days after the order approved plus delivery time for delivery.
Warranty

The maps, after revised and packed are shipped on appropriate postal tubes, sealed and tracked until its destination on the mail website. In case the seal is broken, take a photo and send us with a little description of the case on our available contact channels.
If proved any irregularity on the shipping process until the destination, we will send as soon as possible and identical product with a new serial number without any charges. To do that, we need that you send as a collect delivery by mail (reverse logistic) the damaged product and/or violated so we can minimize future problems and so we improve more and more our efficiency and quality.
Important: the devolution and/or the replacement will only occur if there isn’t any handling mistakes by the user (see handling and framing instruction on our website).
In relation to the other products, a revision is also made before dispatching it and in the event of any intercurrence during the shipping process, we will fully refund the amounts made.
